IT City is specifically designed for IT industries. The areas covering Sectors 66, 82, 83 and 101 and situated on 200 feet wide road is renowned by the name IT City Mohali. This IT City project includes residential plots, commercial plots, and industrial plots. It is comprised of 1688 acres of land out of which 400 acres of land sets up for industrial area, 1100 acres of land is reserved for residential plots as well as the remaining 188 acres sets out for commercial establishments.
